Delete your yekar.health account

Open yekar.health, go to Settings → Delete account and data and confirm. Your account and everything you logged are removed from our servers straight away, and the app signs you out.

Write to [email protected] from the email address of the Apple or Google account you sign in with, asking us to delete your yekar.health account. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, say so and tell us roughly when you signed up, and we'll find the account with you. We confirm by reply and delete the account within 30 days.

• Your account: the Apple or Google identifier and email address it signs in with.
• Your details: date of birth, sex, blood group, units and time zone.
• Everything you logged: water, meals, activities, weight, height, body fat and measurements.
• Your goals, reminder settings, and the Apple Health or Health Connect totals the app sent us.

• Copies in our backups are removed as those backups expire, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
• The assistant's conversation is kept by Yekar.AI for the time the Privacy Policy states.
• Anything the app saved to Apple Health or Health Connect stays on your phone, where you can delete it in those apps.
