Terms of Service
Version 1.1 · Effective 14 October 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These Terms of Service are an agreement between Yekar Technologies Pvt Ltd, registered office at Building number 245, Sector 20 HUDA, Kaithal, Haryana (“Yekar”, “we”, “us”), and you, the person using the yekar.health app (“you”). They also cover anyone visiting this website. By signing in to the app you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
yekar.health is an app for iPhone and Android for keeping track of the water you drink, the meals you eat and your activity, with daily goals, water reminders, history and an assistant you can write to. It is free to use.
The app is for adults aged 18 or over. You need an iPhone with iOS 17 or later, or an Android phone once the Android app is released, and an Apple or Google account to sign in.
3. Not medical advice
yekar.health is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Calorie figures from the food database, Apple Health and the assistant are estimates, and the assistant's replies are general coaching, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor or other qualified professional before changing your diet, fluid intake or exercise, especially if you are pregnant or have a health condition. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
4. Your account
- Keep your Apple or Google account secure; anyone who can sign in to it can sign in to yekar.health.
- You can link Apple and Google to the same account from Settings. We never join two accounts because they share an email address.
- Tell us at [email protected] without delay if you think someone has used your account without permission.
5. Your data
What you log belongs to you. You can export it from Settings at any time, and deleting your account removes it from our database straight away. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. The assistant
The assistant can log, change and delete entries in your account when you ask it to, and every entry it makes shows in the app, where you can change or remove it. Check what it logs: it can misread a message or estimate a portion wrongly.
7. Acceptable use
Use yekar.health for your own tracking. Don't try to reach anyone else's data, interfere with the service, copy or resell it, or use the assistant to produce anything unlawful or harmful.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change. What you log while offline is kept on your phone and sent when the service is back. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and you may stop using the app or delete your account at any time.
9. Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on its figures or the assistant's replies, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
11. Changes to these terms
When these terms change we publish a new version with its effective date at the top of this page. Using the app after a change takes effect means you accept the new version. Questions: [email protected].
