The yekar.health app

Every sip, meal and step. One clear day.

Water, meals and activity on one screen, with the detail a tap away. Log by tapping or by telling the assistant.

Reach your water goal without counting glasses.

A ring on Today fills as you drink. Add 150, 250 or 500 ml with a tap, or any amount from the Log sheet. Water reminders come through the day you choose, and skip when you're already on track.

  1. Reminder arrives
  2. Log 250 ml from it
  3. Ring fills

Reminders are scheduled on your phone, so they arrive offline. Each one carries a Log button that saves water without opening the app.

Your meals, named your way.

Name a meal anything: breakfast, a chai break, a post-workout lunch. The names you use come back as suggestions. Add items from the food database or type your own, and see protein, carbs and fat where the database has them.

  1. Name the meal
  2. Pick items and amounts
  3. Save · calories added

Edit or delete a meal later from the Meals screen. A meal logged by the assistant shows that it came from the assistant.

Calories burnt, counted once.

Connect Apple Health and the app adds the active energy your iPhone and Watch record, with your workouts listed alongside. Log a walk or a game of cricket by hand when you need to.

  1. Apple Health active energy
  2. Your manual activities
  3. Burnt total

A manual activity that overlaps an Apple Health workout isn't added on top, because the workout is already in Apple Health's total.

04 / Food database

Pieces, bowls and katoris. Not just grams.

The food database starts with everyday Indian dishes, from roti and dal to poha, idli and biryani. Each has the units people actually eat it in, and the calories follow the amount you choose.

Step the amount up or down, switch from a bowl to grams and keep the same amount of food, or type your own number. A number you type stays yours.

05 / History

See how the days add up.

Every screen moves between days, and History shows the trend at a glance.

Calories in, burnt and net
Today shows what you ate against your goal, what you burnt, and the difference between the two.
History by week, month and year
Bars for water, calories in or calories burnt, with your goal as a dashed line. The year view shows monthly daily averages.
A calendar of your goals
Pick any day from a calendar whose rings show how much of that day's goals you hit, and see its meals, activity and water.
Goals that remember the past
Change a goal and it applies from today. Past days keep the goals they had, so your history stays fair.
06 / Assistant

Tell it. It logs it.

A floating button on every screen opens the assistant. Write the way you'd talk.

01

Logging in your own words

“Drank 500 ml”, “walked 30 minutes” or “had 2 rotis and dal for lunch” become entries on Today. It looks foods up in the food database and marks its own estimates as rough.

02

Questions about your day

Ask how you're doing against your goals. The assistant sees your totals and goals for the day, not your name, email or Apple ID.
